Thanks Loto. My hubby and I are still on vacation but we wish to at least start the first step to NVC. I didn't even know about some cases being transferred to Texas but I were approved in CSC since i never had any noticed about that. They're will be more approvals coming-- I just have a feeling..

Good luck BB in NVC and interview too. I'll update your entry tomorrow. Spreadsheet is at office.

06/29/2010 - received by uscis

07/06/2010 - notice NOA1

07/08/2010 - updated

07/10/2010 - got NOA1 hard copy in the mail

11/01/2010 - moved from CSC to TSC

11/02/2010 - updated

11/03/2010 - updated

11/23/2010 - updated (post decision activity)

02/09/2011 - notification moved from TSC (back to initial review :o )

02/10/2011 - confirmation TSC back to CSC!

07/21/2010 - NOA1

02/07/2011 - NOA2 approved! 201 days since NOA1!!!

02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

04/22/2011 - (ds230 & Aos)Checklist sent to nvc

05/04/2011 - Sign In Failed!!! :)

05/05/2011 - Case Complete! :)

05/16/2011 - Interview Scheduled!

Same here, we just recieved the notice at home by mail, our case was transferred at TSC on 2 NOV . On the internet our case have not been touched since 08.12.2010.

Loto please be so kind and update my case status on spreadsheet. Thanks.

We will call probably Tuesday the USCIS to see about our case. My wife is still at work and she will be home only Monday evening to read the transfer paper and the indication on it. Anyway if you have news before of us or another VJ filler please feel free to add you update. :star:

You now Timol, our languages have few similar words as your such as for example tea(ceai), yes(da), plus that we are neighbors :). I have few Estonian-Russian friends. They are nice people, great drinkers also. I mean the friendship is accepted :thumbs:

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Just called and filed for the case to be expedited. I was told they would contact me within the next 5 days, assuming that they will tell me where to send all the translated medical records for our son.

CanadianRedNeck, what was the expedite procedures you went through?

02/14/11:I-130 Approved Happy Valentines Day!

Case was approved in 212 days

NVC

02/18/11: Received NVC Case number

02/20/11: Optin email sent

02/22/11:Submitted DS-261 (Choice of Agent)

02/23/11: AOS invoiced and paid

02/25/11: AOS I-864 Emailed to NVC

03/02/11: IV Bill generated & Paid!

03/08/11: Optin Accepted

03/17/11: DS-260 completed

03/24/11: DS-260 Supporting Documents emailed

03/24/11: Emailed my I-864 AGAIN because NVC is saying they did not receive it.

04/08/11: NVC robot says they are "Awaiting my Biographic Data" which I assume means they reviewed my I-864

04/11/11: NVC is saying I am missing info, that I did not send in all my documents.

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

05.12.11: OMG SIF!

07.11.11-INTERVIEW DATE!
