They transferred the CSC cases to Texas in order to stay in line with their 5 month guideline..I mean really..if you got a priority date of July 19th like me..that's only about 7 more weeks till the 5 month mark. So if you get approved on time, or a little early..then great..through all this another month or two months to stay within the expected 5 months is at least a sure sign they'll meet our expected 5 month wait. I think they've had a lot of people go way over the 5 month mark and need to tidy things up in order to keep on their 5 month average. So the earlier your priority date, the better it'll stay within the 5 month mark..and if it comes sooner..then great. :thumbs:

I am wondering how they picking petitions to transfer. I have no updates. Anybody also from July still staying in CSC?

Yah I got my NOA1 the 19th of July, had one touch on the 26th of July, and that is all. As far as I know I'm also still as CSC. But we should speed up as well!

I'm too at CSC!! No mail/email/text/touches since 7/26!! Don't know if that good or bad!! Seeing so many of you move from CSC to Texas is heartning! Atleast you know that your file is still in there & being worked upon!! What about us!! No news at all & its close to the 4 month mark!! :unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure:

Hey, has anyone called the uscis about this move from CSC to TSC?? My husband tryied to call them and was put on hold forever, not a good idea in between 2 meetings in the office... he will try again tomorrow, but I was just curious to know..?!I know we should get some kind of instructions about the following steps ,I'm just not very good at this sit & wait "game" :angry: ......anybody??

I checked a couple of NOA1 receipt no's above & below mine(WAC1090159616), to my surprise there were a few guys who were transferred to Texas Service Center in there!! I hope I'm not on the loosing side, since I'm still stuck at CSC!! God Help!!

Don't worry! CSC is sending many cases to Texas, so it means, less people will stay in CSC and petitions at CSC will be approved faster! I believe that's a good thing! yes.gif

I just got the same notice today!

On November 2, 2010, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. I checked my case was touched yesterday, so i believe because of the transfer, but today again I see it is touched! What could that mean? Hopefully something good hehe Should i get my PCC now? :D

DarnellTM once quoted to get PCC when you smell NOA2 :) We ordered PCC when we smelled this fragrance :D
