Wow..you're the first August Noa1 i've seen get transferred...others have been late june, early-mid july....they must be really cramped up at CSC.

I just got home from work and got an email saying my case has been transfered to Texas also...So crossing my fingers for a faster approval...Good luck to all!!!

Me too! Let's hope this is good news!

I just got home from work and got an email saying my case has been transfered to Texas also...So crossing my fingers for a faster approval...Good luck to all!!!

My case was sent from CSC to TSC on Nov 2 also.

I just hope hope hope it is a good thing!

07/27/10- I-130 receipt date

08/09/10- NOA1 date

11/02/10- transferred from CSC to TSC

11/24/10- transferred to "local USCIS office"

02/15/11- NOA2 date

NVC

03/01/11- NVC case # assigned

03/05/11- IIN assigned and AOS/IV bills generated and paid

03/10/11- I-864/DS-230 packages received by NVC

03/24/11- case complete, forwarded to Albania

xx/xx/11- interview in Tirana (denied visa), waiver submitted

I-601 Hardship Waiver

xx/xx/11- waiver sent to Vienna for processing

xx/xx/11- visa issued (please please please)

I am wondering how they picking petitions to transfer. I have no updates. Anybody also from July still staying in CSC?

05/13/2013 check cashed

funny thing is it states that VSC transfered 20000 cases to csc that were older than 3 months but no mention of I-130 petitions going from CSC to TSC.

thank you...i am so emotionally drained..i'm at the point where I dont care right now...just wont get worked up about nothing until friday. Just wondering if the wife has checked her email or regular snail mail...see if we got an early decision or that stupid transfer..off to Tim Horton's. ttyl.
