Today marks the 1 year, 3 months, 8 days, point for me sighhh, I can't get anywhere with USCIS , I spent from July 24th 2009 in California service center, then they transferred to Vermont and told me my 180 day wait gets to start over again. And in December of this year, the 2nd set of 180 day waiting will be over

They should just approve me , and realize how they are hurting 2 married people that have tried so hard. Where is the compassion? I'm starting to feel as if its discrimination

If that also fails, write to first lady.

Mrs. Obama has something to do with immigration?

As a last resort, some people has tried it in the past. She can't make it approved, but she can request the USCIS to review the file.

Huge news today for me and I do not know if it is good OR bad. I was notified by text message that my case was moved to Texas Service Center... I have no idea why since I live in San Diego, CA, but anyways I HOPE it is not a bad thing! What do you all think??? Hell, I didnt even think Texas Service Center existed anymore!
