Well, that one being from VSC, I'm sure he or she was one of the lucky ones! BTW, the numbers I had put up was from CSC. Going by the look of things, I haven't seen many approvals coming through CSC's way, so I don't think Sept, Oct will look any better! Well, atleast we hope that CSC will pickup in coming days. :huh::huh:

I am here, jmks, as always :star: And this is my favorite thread too. I think I have mentioned it before. I will leave this thread after everybody in CSC got their NOA2 (F)

At least some time lost in CSC, can be caught up in NVC stage, by being proactive there. You have the choice of NVC Electronic Processing too. Darnell is the GURU of that.

Got some good news, the wife is coming in December to spend Christmas with me...she will bring copies of bank statements lease agreement letter from employer and cell phone bills to prove she will be returning to Australia. but all this got me wondering since we didn't have to give her passport number how will the guy at the gate know she has a visa in process? should she just tell them of if it doesn't come up just keep quiet. she will have a return ticket for jan 10 also and will be using the VWP as she will only be staying 37 days...which is the longest we have actually been in physical presence of each other.....also she will have the tears ready just in-case they try and turn her back...lol

Bring all the ties back to Australia. As you said, just open the mouth if POE officer asks. Also, tell everything truthfully too.

There are some May filers who haven't heard or received anything from USCIS. They, too, are waiting for their NOA2s.

There's not too much you can do to get an approval. You can try to expedite your case. However, you must meet specific USCIS requirements for that.

Right now it's just a waiting game. You should expect an approval from CSC sometime in December.
