I was going through the documents required for I-130(US Citizen filing for Alien spouse). While filing the petition along with all the mandatory documents, we had submitted our Civil marriage certificate, Church marriage certificate, marriage photographs as proof for bonafied maariage. Will they be considered adequate to prove our bonafied maariage or would we get an RFE!?

07/02/2010: I-130 mailed out

07/12/2010: I-130 received at USCIS

07/16/2010: NOA1

07/23/2010: NOA1 snail mail received in mailbox

11/2/2010: Case moved from CSC to TSC(Wife got snail mail!. No touches since 7/26. No Text/Email updates)

02/10/2011: NOA2(Thank You GOD!!)(209 days from NOA1)

02/16/2011: Petition shipped to NVC

02/16/2011: NOA2 hard copy received in mail

02/25/2011: NVC received the I-130 package, Receipt# scanned

02/25/2011: NVC Case# and IIN receipt, provided both email ids

02/25/2011: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

03/01/2011: DS-3032 COA accepted by NVC

03/03/2011: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

03/04/2011: Case shipped from NVC to US Embassy Madras for further processing.

03/10/2011: Case reached Madras US Counsulate

March filers have waited for 150 days and some of them are still waiting, so...

The graph for CR-1 shows the same percentage completed for March as November, 2009. March is practically finished.

I read somewhere that they are working on May filers already... and some June filers are approved. Well, they could be expedited, so...

It shows the last 15 approvals right there on Igor's list. Yes, there are some May filers. About %20 done already

There will be some that won't fill in the timeline correct or finish them. That's why the graphs never reach %100. I think it is as reliable a source as we will get.

It should be ok I think. We also submitted a joint bank account info, airplane tickets, photos, affidavits of our relationship signed by our friends.

The graph for CR-1 shows the same percentage completed for March as November, 2009. March is practically finished.

@Tina, it should be fine. If you have submitted original of them to USCIS, do you have another original for NVC and interview stage? USCIS is unlikely to forward those originals to NVC.
