Four people in CSC got their approval on 21-SEP-2010. This 'hit is moving again.

I think the storm is coming back with the approvals :)

As per CIS ombudsman's update, USCIS has the plans to complete 750,000 I-130 petitions by the end of this 'calendar year' that include LPR petitioners as well. Even I noted similar update from Attorney Murthy also. This is hopeful news!

You know what that means? NVC is going to get busy and start taking months instead of weeks now. Yay! You can't win whatever ways you go. Argh.

NVC will be clogged, if the first flood gate opens.

I think it is what happening now with NVC. Back in 2008, most of us completed entire NVC process in under a month. Now most of the cases, on an average is taking 1 to 1.5 months.

capu confirmed in the other thread that he is VSC filer and has non-expedite filing.

I think those 2 VSC guys' (capu and shyngyan) file reached to a best adjudicator. Then they were approved immediately after the name check. What a lucky guys? Now I believe 'first come first served' concept further narrows down to adjudicator level, not at service center level.
