if they have rec'd everything, are you calling then to follow up and pursue what is happening wiht the petition? what are they saying?

tell them you would like an expedite # if they have rec'd all info and they are outside the 5 month processing time after they have rec'd everything... case is in Vermont, what is happening with other people in that center? are they taking longer as well?

definitely dont just sit back, be proactive... if they've had all info since June 2010 then you are well within your rights to be questioning why you dont have a decision!!

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I have been reading this forum for months now and I finally decided to join. My story is the same as others. Filed in july 2010, got transfered from CSC to TSC and was last touched on 29 november 2010. No updates since then :crying: Will the TSC ever approve our i130????? :help:

They don't allow to file K-3. K-3 visa is issued by the Consulate.

You will file I-129F after filing I-130 with the USCIS. But, it is too late for you to do it. Normally, people do it immediately after getting I-130 receipt notice.

Effective Feb 2010, chances of getting I-129F approved first before I-130 and pursue K-3 path is very remote.

Also, some people believe (just a belief!) that it might slow down IR1/CR1 path.

Your best bet is to wait for I-130 approval which is due any time now. It is the matter of some more luck!

i was answering the person that asked if they should pursue the K3 7 months in to the i-130 process and i responded by saying it basically wasn't worth it. so basically in a roundabout way... we said the same thing.

i've been curious about something.... if petitions are being approved in CSC in 2-3months and I-130 is stuck in TSC in a black hole, it's possible to get the i-129F approved for these people who have only a I-130 pending??

I believe (just my opinion) it is too late to file I-129F for those who waited 6+ months. Their best bet is try to expedite the process through congressperson. That should work. If they don't find potentially any background check issues, crossing 6 months of I-130 filing has highest chance of approval, through the expedite by the congressperson.

Thanks Celldoc. Same to you!

So we got the attention of our congressman. Unfortunately we also have an RFE. Can't wait to see what THAT's all about. Our lawyer suspects retaliation <<sigh>> - we won't know for sure until we receive the paperwork. I wish this process were over and done with so we could have a normal life together. It really makes being in Canada look appealing.

Hello

Denice sure blew me to NVC swift trip thru NVC and expedite was be done Tuesday I-864 So nice to use the attorney no need to assign agent attorneys already the agent for you who’s using a lawyer. I see that some approvals are trickling along since last week.

Val and Gary after me and like 3 or 4 since mine the 24th. Although they were closed a few days for weather TSC, she was able to at least get mine sent to NVC Monday 31st. With the expedite in progress I should be done in 9 days total by Thursday the 9th next week and makes the interview date sooner. Kyiv has not many ahead of me. Thank

God he blessed me to get me done after USCIS in Washington and the help of Denice

got all going with the help of my attorney & Bill at TSC who got my expedite approved and Denice my approval done so fast.

Hopefully you all will move along soon any time and be approved also, can’t rush them, if you do they will just put you to the bottom of the stack. Don’t make waves unless you need. But better don’t make any problems for yourself.

Keep you all in prayers and Wade Semper Fi dude hang in there get some rest, let the LORD work and let up on your efforts.

Remember the old saying! ALL GOOD THINGS COME IN TIME ! ! ! !

The more waves could make it more problems also. Don’t pissed them off at TSC

If you do they won’t get around to processing your I-130 in any hurry and when they are ready, Than they will.

It’s not fair what happened but why make it any more problems for your self

FOR WHAT. They just look and probably just laughing at us all anyway.

They at TSC aren’t worth the hassle really.

Trust in the LORD. There is a reason for everything he makes and does.

Believe in faith it will guide you and things will begin to happen for you.

Go TSC GET THEM APPROVED NOW..

I said get them done ASAP with the help of the LORD !
