hey val, u didnt call them i called them last friday and i got nothing ..u have no information about our cases..we have finished the six month = 180 days .. i wish 2 get our approvals in 10 days,,bye the end of Jan

today is our 189 days since noa1.. receive an rfe and sent to tsc last 01/19 ..hopefully we'll receive noa2 1st week of feb. finger's crossed!

07/21/2010 - NOA1

02/07/2011 - NOA2 approved! 201 days since NOA1!!!

02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

i have an idea...

rather than try to find a link on why we were sent to TSC, let's find a link between the approvals...

not all got an email from that same officer garza and not all who rec'd an email from her/him got an aproval

is there any other pattern??

are all i-130s or were there i-129Fs as well?

are all beneficiarys/petitioners young/old, been married long/short time, have/dont have children, got senator/congressman involved.

the latter one sticks out at me more than anything, because of what they say when you follow up "they said they will pull the petition and give a decsion in 30-45 days"... how many people have been told that? were the ones who were approved told that as well? is TSC not even working on them till they are prodded like this?

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

this is day 204 for us and i'm out of my mind because we thought the entire process would be about 263 ... dont think we're gonna make it

Oh My God, i opened early pages here by chance,, i found july fillers hope to get their approval soon... it was in September...now we almost finished Jan ..Offff its too long ..i sent our senator a mail i dont know if he will reply the mail or when he will?

I am at a loss of words these days. I'm tired of hearing the question: "When are you moving?' and hearing my same ol' response "when I'm approved." The fact that I'm still waiting on approval for this petition is just.....*sigh* I keep logging unto the USCIS site because I hope that they forgot to send an email by mistake and I see my status changed, but nope, no such luck. It's just one of those days, I'll get over it.
