removal of conditions for my daughter

I was wondering what sort of things I need to submit for my daughters removal of conditions? I had to do my removal of conditions separately to hers because of our expiry dates, they are both different.

I had to prove that my marriage is real, but what does my daughter have to submit? I have read the instructions but I am a bit confused on it, I was hoping that someone who has done the same can give me some advice thanks

When we applied for our 2 kids my husband already had his approval, I sent this along with about 1/4 of the stuff I sent for the Husbands ROC. I also sent Report cards from each and bank statements as they each had an account with their name and Mine. They were approved NP.

I am going through the same kind of thing- preparing Removal of Conditions for my daughter to file it separately,cs I already have mine approved. I think to include a few family photos with her and me and my husband and other family members. Also her car insurance showing both names- her and her step-father. May be I'll include a couple of affidavits from family members. If your daughter is at school, probably you may include school papers signed by her step-parent as a guardian. Yes, also an explanation as to why is she filing separately.

By the way, could you share with me whose name you think to put in part 4 of I-751: of your US Citizen husband, or yours? I think it should be USC step-parent's name, what do you think? I would like to know your opinion...

Somebody told me that it's the US Citizens signature, which for us is my husband, her step parent. What about fingerprints, are any of your children 14years old or over? Mine is and I'm confused about that

Yes, this is what I was told, too. So, I am putting my USC husband's name in Part 4. As to fingerprints, there is nothing complicated, I guess...First, of course, you have to pay $80 for fingerprints (together with a payment for I-751). After you send your daughter's I-751 Form, the USCIS will send her Fingerprints Appointment Notice. So, she will just have to go at the Service Center to have them done! I believe the process should be exactly like it was for her mother who filed some time before. Also, my experience: they will take a photo during this appointment, which will then appear on the new 10-year Green Card. So, it's important to look your best!

I think it depends on the age of the child. My daughter is 21 and filing separately. So, of course, she is going to put her own signature on this form. I believe the parent should sign it for a younger child. But I am not sure about, since what age the child can put his own signature on the form.
