]Hi everybody, My apology if this questions of mine has severally asked by the other members/subscribers on this website. But on our part with respect to my fiance, we just want to know how long it takes to wait for the reply/ result from the USCIS after the submission of our Application as the 1st set of the documents/requirements like G-325A, Birth certificate, Letter of Intent, l-129, pictures showing any proofs etc. last June 30, 2010. How true that during this present time with US Pres. Obama Administration, the processing of K-1 Fiance(e) Visa was made shorter to 3-4 mos only instead of 6-7 months? Well, perhaps this query sounds not interesting to other readers, but to us you attention and favor to answer on this matter is very helpful.

Sincerely,

If I understand your question correctly, you sent your I-129f package 0n 6/30 and are wondering how long until first approval (NOA1). In my case, our hardcopy NOA1 was received approximately 2 weeks after it was approved which was about 3 weeks after we sent it. It could be several more weeks depending on the workload at CSC. After you get your case number from the NOA1, you can create an account on the USCIS website and sign up for email and text notifications. However, you may never see anything happen until your package gets approved. Once you get the NOA1, count on another 4-6 months to get your NOA2. Sometimes its shorter, sometimes longer. The petition then goes to NVC which could take days to a couple of weeks. Approval at NVC results in your package being sent to US Embassy Manila and planning the medical and interview.

Check the K1 visa flowchart. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow and the immigration timelines for CSC and other Philippine petitions.

So far our process from package sent to interview date is 96 days. Some have been faster but many have been longer. You just never know. The more complete your info is the easier it will be but, as for timeframe, it is most likely more workload related.

Good luck in your journey and be sure to get familiar with all of the tabs at the top. There is a wealth of information already here and this site was all that we used to get to this point.
