my husband and i need to submit the 601 and 212 waiver at the guatemalan consulate. As i've been reading on this forum, my visa request will most certainly be denied (so crushed) because of an overstay and an illegal entry (what could i do? i was a little kid). So now, all my hopes and prayers are on the approval of those waivers. Anyone have any idea, any experiences they'd like to share, any timelines even if its not for the guatemalan consulate. i'm so bummed thinking i might have to be without my fam for such a long time(i still live in the u.s, been here for over 20 years).
