It means if you havent heard anything after 60 days to call USCIS. It doesn't usually take this long 20-30 for a lot of people. Good luck!!!

I recieved an email like this on July19 it just means that they recieved your RFE. I am still waiting to see what will happen next its been almost 1 month since i recieved this email so we will see. I wish you a speedy process.

as you can see in my timeline, they received our RFE on July 13 and we got approved on August 12 (email received today).

Very hopeful message there Belly'sGirl!! I sent our K-1 application in a few weeks after you and it is very nice to see someone who is getting rapidly processed.

Best of luck to you too that the rest will go smoothly and rapidly! I still feel badly for those who applied in March and are in limbo, hopefully all the stragglers are soon to be rewarded for thier incredible patience as well.

I got the exact same message on July 11, 2006. So, where is our visa? If I don't hear anything by september 11, 2006 am I suppose to call the USCIS? I just wish someone had answers around here. I wish they would at least give us SOME kinda hope.

I don't mean to put a damper on anyone's hopes...I got the same message saying they got it July 18 and only touched the next day. Nothing since. Maybe it's time I give them a call...it's damn near 60 days for me. But good luck to you and hope that everything goes quick and smoothly for you! Best wishes!!!

I was just reading where someone had gotten approved after only 15 days or so, AFTER the date I sent mine in...and I used the freakin new forms!
