Number to call for manila embassy

Hi,

Just a quick question,Is there a specific number to call at the Manila embassy to find out if they recieved my K-1 petition and see if they have a medical and interview date schedualed for my fiance?I know it was forwarded from the NVC on Aug,1st.Any info will greatly be appricated.

US Embassy number is (63-2) 528-6300 ext. 5184. Best time to call is 8:00am Manila time.

However, for the info you need, it is better to call the Dept. of State in DC at (202) 663-1225, skip the recording, just press 100. DOS should be able to tell you the date K1 petition is received in Manila, medical and interview date. However, it is still too soon to call them for this info. Maybe, call them in a month or so.

This number really worked for us when we had the missing document delay! That lady at 5184 listened to all my rants and ravings and then went and found the translation that Claudeth had left at the wrong window thus three days later she had the visa!
