:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

Probably. It's very frustrating to me right now. Mathew just doesn't even care, he's all like "it'll happen sometime!!!". We got touched on September 3rd, but nothing since then. Our I-129F was touched on September 11th, though. I guess they were looking to see that everything was in line with his K-1. So that means that they were working on it at least somewhat, but never touched his AOS again. :angry:

Too bad today is a no mail day. Received an email from USCIS that our green card was mailed on Friday Oct. 8. Hope it gets here soon.

My husband is enjoying his job and having his EAD has been good while we wait for the GC.

I went today to the USCIS office to get my fingersprint done .It was really fast .It took about 2 minutes .

And guess what ? I just checked my case online and it says that they ordered my EAD Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I don't know if they were waiting to take my fingersprint or what ?!! Even if so i dod not expect it will be that fast .

I hope that i will hear some good news about that green card !

Glad for you!!! Congratulations.. I'm sure it must be such a relief.. we are the last of the July filers who are awaiting Biometrics (still).. so I'm happy you got it done :)

My AP was approved today which allows me to travel home.. thank goodness! I'm worried tho, that if I leave then my biometrics will be scheduled while I am away. It's a difficult situation because I will be going home without a doubt. I will have to hope for the best.

I wrote to my State Senator for assistance with my case.. here's hoping that it will bring some good news my way...

2nd Info pass is on Friday and I am wondering if I should even bother going..
