Woohoo we was APPORVED, :dance::dance::dance:. Green card has been ordered. The interview went good, even tho i stumbbled big time on our telephone number..I was so nervous.

He seemed to be asking my husband most of the questions.. how we met and the times we had met in person, when we got married,ask me if i had been arrested, deported ect.. didnt seem he asked half of the questions we had prepared to be asked.

We took plenty of evidence, of joint documents, which he had a good look at..

We also took lots of proof of our relationship like pictures of our wedding ect, our wedding dvd, letter from family and friends and the officer didnt even ask to see it or even was bothered when we tried to show him our wedding pics and wedding invertations, which was diapointing as that was going to be the fun part telling him about our special day.. but i guess it was better to be prepared.

The officer was very stern and straight to the point, and it was hard to understand him as he was Asian, he had a very heavy accent.. but we got through it and we are very happy its over with and now we can relax for a while lol. :star::star::star: .

Congratulations for those with successful interviews!!! :energy:

So after receiving the "Card in production" email, today I have received denial notice for EAD and AP...

Though it makes sense, in a way, it's still very scary to receive those "denial" messages.

Fortunatly in the mail (the real one), I received the "Welcome notice".

I must say, I'm still very confused about this and I will only feel good when I'll have the green card in hands.

I was looking at your timeline in your signature and its quite confusing....you have the dates listed month/day/year sometimes and then you switch to day/month/year. You might want to fix that because when people go look at the timelines they see you aren't getting approved til Decmeber 2010. ;)

We filed in the Beginning of july 2010 and got our interview on the 20th of september 2010 and was approved, this stage was alot quicker than the visa stage. :star:

I was in New Orleans all weekend, i had a lot of posts to read to catch up!! So many good news again, congrats!

Bullwinkle, grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! Dallas is stupid and busy, i'm frustrated! I was hoping to hear that your biometrics were finally schedule, looks like we still have to wait a bit :angry:

it is good for multiple entries, so maybe that is why..i dunno

p.s. ...we were approved at our interview today! I asked him if he was going to stamp Leanne's passport and he said no, they don't do that anymore because the green card comes in the mail right away (he said 10 days) :) good luck to everyone else on their journey!!

Bummer about the passport not getting stamped! My husband wants to work and the EAD still hasn't been approved yet (plus they take it away at the green card interview anyway, grr). Okay, well that answers my husband's question for the night.

We got told that we could just throw away the EAD n AP. They didnt take mine away at the interveiw. Iv still got mine.:) but im going keep them anyways :) to much hard work went in to getting them so im not just going to throw them away lol.

Why some July Filers got there Interview Letter just after a month or so.....Our case has no movement since after Biometrics. I am getting worried now becoz we will be relocating next month for some house problems, and I dont want to messed up my paperworks. How i wish my interview letter arrived soon....i am sooo impatient of this whole process :wacko::wacko: .........I dont have any idea where is our case now in Missouri still or here in Local USCIS .......hope it will arrived soon......God pleaseeeeeeee... :crying::crying::crying:
