I'm still waiting on my biometrics letter.. grrr.. :angry:

I have an infopass appt on friday so hopefully I can get some answers... my AOS still hasn't been touched since it was received in July... waiting and not knowing what is going on is totally stressful.. :(

:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

My AOS hasn't been touched since I had biometrics....I wouldn't worry too much about that. Good news is as soon as that biometrics is over with you should get approved on your EAD right away.

Tell me how it goes! If you've been scheduled for an interview, i might be scheduled for one too! Hope you get something positive from that infopass, that'd be very relieving for me as well..!

I haven't received my AP yet either. SLOWWWWWW :whistle:

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

Well for all those waiting in Dallas, it will prolly take 8 weeks before you get your appt..but just to give you a heads up my hubby tried to do a walk in twice at the North Dallas location and both times they would not let him do it..they seem to be understaffed and that might be what is leading to the long wait for the appt letter..also wanted to give you a little hope, one of our friends waited just as long for her biometrics but when she finally did them her EAD and interview letter both arrived one week later so we are hoping the same will happen for us..hang in there guys!! Oh one more thing when we called USCIS exactly 8 weeks to the date of our NOA they told us when our biometrics appt date would be although our letter had not arrived..It arrived 2 days later.

I am hoping for the best! If my bio letter arrived before Friday that would be perfect!

Did anyone get the 'Card Production'e-mail for EAD or AP twice?? I got one today and exactly a week ago.. :blink:

Yup. I was informed they ordered production of my card on the 10th and then again this morning, except now they say they ordered production of my card today, the 15th. The AP's I was only notified about once on the 9th but I see one of them was touched yesterday morning. Who knows....get on to the AOS applications already! LOL

Oh yeah huh? That's a little odd.. what's taking so long with your transfer/interview ltr? I didn't get any touches on my AOS either btw, sure you'll get a letter/e-mail soon.. seems like most get interviews.. good luck!

was able to complete my biometrics walk-in successfully this afternoon :)

Congrats!!!!!

Seems most are getting their AP and EAD approvals.....hopefully those waiting on biometrics will get that over with quickly and be able to be approved as well. Then its the wait for interview letters. I'm so ready to get that letter, have the interview and have all this ####### over with already! I'm sure that covers almost everyone's feelings on the subject. I can't wait for that (2 year) break!

I don't know why I thought you were transfered to CSC but hopefully you won't get an interview and if you do, it will be a breeze.

I got my AOS card by mail yesterday. It has the photo clicked during the Biometrics. Geez, i was sick then and look awful. :) Nevertheless, happy to have got it.

Tampa seems to be the slow one for interviews so I'm not worried about it. Getting transferred to csc isn't any quicker these days apparently. I was hoping for a transfer just so I didn't have to be bothered with an interview again. I dragged 3 kids to Montreal on a train for a 5 minute interview ....I think I paid my dues. lol
