Another touched for my EAD today..says that they mailed me a notice..I guess they mailed already the EAD card since I got Card production last week already....Can wait to look for job now :dance::whistle::thumbs:

I just got a RFE form I-131 and it says the photo that i submitted is damaged .The ink from my name on the backside smeared onto the front of my photo . So they want me to send another 2 passport photos.

Still no news about the Bio letter !!!!!!!

No i did not .But i guess i will call them this week .Someone needs to move his lazy butt and send me that letter .

Hi everybody.

This may sound silly but I have a question. Does it matter which receipt number you give when you put in the service request for biometrics? I gave them the one for I-485, but it seems we're suppose to be getting two biometrics letters, one for I-485, one for I-765.

It shouldn't make a difference, but all this waiting is making me paranoid :crying: I'm wondering if I should call them and try to put in another SR one with the other receipt number.

Also, how exactly do you find out if the Bio was set? Do you ask customer service to transfer you to somebody that can actually help? :innocent:

Take my fingerprints and put me to work already! Hubby says I'm such a pain in the ####, he's threatening to divorce me :whistle:

Happy for everyone that got the fingerprints done, and congrats for the AP's flying all over :thumbs:

09/30/2010 Infopass. EAD approved on 09/03! Nice IO printed out an appointment letter for biometrics, did the walk-in, Card Production Ordered.
10/05/2010 Second card production ordered ( date they actually mailed the EAD out)
10/07/2010 Touch on I-765
10/09/2010 Received EAD card in the mail (sent on 10/05)

Kathleen just relaxed..I know some members here are are waiting way over of there Biometrics. I guess it depends how busy your local CIS are. With regards of what you did, Yes you are correct to give the I-485 number because all the details of the AOS Applicant are there already in I-485. And once you are scheduled for your Biometrics, You can have have I-765 & I-485 finger printing...

Don't be paranoid, you are still in the normal timeline for the AOS. If you'd like, some members did INFOPASS. Try that might it works. Goodluck to you!

was able to complete my biometrics walk-in successfully this afternoon :)

Seems most are getting their AP and EAD approvals.....hopefully those waiting on biometrics will get that over with quickly and be able to be approved as well. Then its the wait for interview letters. I'm so ready to get that letter, have the interview and have all this ####### over with already! I'm sure that covers almost everyone's feelings on the subject. I can't wait for that (2 year) break!
