We had our civil marriage done at a lawyer's office so we could get the green card stuff going and get David on my health insurance. Our religious ceremony is in September :)

yayy!!!! USPS tracking is back up and says that the package delivered at 10pm yesterday :wacko: what makes me confuzzled is that if they couldn't deliver it to a PO box at 12pm on Saturday, why were they able to deliver at 10pm on Sunday? The neurotic part of me thinks that maybe the tracking is all wrong and it's all lost and we have to start all over again...positive feelings! that's what I need to keep thinking :)

Mine also got delivered 10pm on sunday, but when i called usps they said R.Mercado signed for it, and on this site a few people said that he signed for theirs, and then i got my confirmation ticket back and it said delivered with a USCIS stamp on it.

June 10-2010 Got Married

August 23-2010 Sent off AOS package

August 29-2010 Package delivered signed by R.Mercado(delivered on a Sunday, that was weird)

Sept 10-2010 NOA1 Received

Sept 14-2010 Received Biometrics letter

Sept 29-2010 Biometrics appointment

Sept 24-2010 Successful biometrics walk-in

Oct 13-2010 Gave birth to our lil baby girl!

Oct 18-2010 Received interview letter

:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

I received a couple of things by mail yesterday.

1. My approved advance parole. I got 2 sheets of the same document and I had requested for a multiple entry AP. So I guess multiple entries means 2 entries.

2. My INTERVIEW LETTER! The USCIS website still shows no touches on this, so this was a surprise. My interview is on the 6th Oct in Baltimore. Can't wait :)

I got touches on my EAD on Sept 3 and on Sept 7 .And i got a touch on my AP on Sept 7 .

I just got the letter for my service request .And still no Bio letter !!!!!!!!!!

They touched mine the day after my biometrics and then again 10 days later. Nothing since. I will post if I hear anything. My local office is Tampa as well...I'm thinking that we are both going to be having interviews since we haven't heard anything yet about being transferred.

Hey' LilMermaid!...Our AP & EAD got approved yesterday Sept.07(e-mail)..it says "card production ordered"! :dance::dance::dance: .....hope you got approved too as well!...we're expecting the card hopefully this week in the mail :thumbs:

I got a touch on both AP and EAD today again.. I wonder what the touches on my EAD means.. They don't have my fingerprints yet, but maybe they're working on it so when the biometrics are done, they can approve it right away :P

I noticed on my NOAs, my adress is correct, but when they sent my AOS to CSC, there's a number missing in my appartment number, I hope it was just a typo, and not that they don't have the right adress in their system.. That's weird! I haven't received the letter for my service request yet, so maybe it's because they again didn't write the correct appartment number... I hope not, since my AP was approved yesterday, i want to be able to receive it :unsure:

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

I just checked and I got ANOTHER touch today for my EAD... I am also hoping this means once biometrics are done, I will be approved on the spot.. or very quickly after that!

That's a touch on EAD on September 3, 7 and 8th :dance:

With all this rain in DFW I hope the mailman is actually working today... :)

I went for my infopass appointment in Baltimore, Maryland and to me it was a waste of time :angry::help: . She just emphasized on the processing times 90 days for this that etc. I wish I called USCIS earlier because they told me that my husband's biometrics appointment is scheduled for October 5th in Alexandria,VA ASC. :dance::dance: Finally!!! :dance::dance: My AOS/EAD/AP has not been touched since August 9th which is kind of shocking to me. I was beginning to get discouraged.I guess we will just wait for the official biometrics appointment letter to come in the mail.

Apparently if you call USCIS and ask when/if the bio appt. is scheduled they will claim not to know that info... so at least you got the date out of the infopass appt :)

I just called USCIS and the women could't tell me if a letter had been sent out yet.. They're pretty much useless at the customer service of USCIS :whistle:

I also told them about the mistake in my mailing adress (someone at CSC when typing my adress in their system made a mistake) so the women sent a service request, i guess it's gonna be solved next week, i hope i'll still receive my AP :unsure:

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

just got an email saying our Ap was approved.! Not very useful but nonetheless what joy :) And finally after more than 1 month,our EAD case number is online and touched too!.

And since am having a pina colada now I can safely assume this is my lucky drink whistling.gif,and need to have it more often!!
