:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

wowww....good for everybody that most of you here got an approval of there EAD & AP!.....As for me, i haven't receive any touches since the day after we've done our Biometrics :wacko:......I duno' if there is a July Filer which there local CIS office is Tampa got there EAD or AP Approve already.................hoping to get some mails too just like you guys or even update.......... :crying:

Dont worry, we had our biometrics on 8th of august and not any touches after or before. And we just got email with approved ead and ap yesterday!! So it really looks as touches dont mean anything!! Ull hear something soon!

Wow Congratulations to everyone who has got approved on their AOS/EAD/AP. No touches or updates on my case. Waiting to be assinged a biometrics appointment date. I have an infopass appointment September 8th. I hope that will be helpful :(

Got the EAD (pretty shiny card!) and the AP (just a piece of paper) in the mail today!

I'm just super stressed out about the wedding right now...because it's on the opposite coast (I live in the DC area, it's in Seattle b/c all my extended family lives there), had to plan everything via the phone and now have appointments all next week from morning until night. i feel like skipping it all now :bonk:

will be signing off vJ for awhile, but good luck to everyone!!

so does it just took 4 days for u to receive ead from the day when u got notice of approval? Thats a very good news :)

Im very happy now, cuz my cousin from lithuania, was working all summer on student exange programe in Ocean city and before comming back home she decided to come visit me here for 10 days!! next saturday she will be here!! im so happy i miss my familly very much!! she is like my sister!!

AP on 1st and EAD today approved!!! and interview date for 18th of november!! cant wait for my card ead card to arrive!! such a big reliefe!!!

Can someone please help me make sense of this? We received an RFE and resubmitted everything. We received a text message and email on August 31st with a status update that stated this:

On August 26, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location.

Then today we received these two status updates for EAD and AP

EAD:

On July 19, 2010, we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Status shows initial review

Which does not seem like anything new… I guess it could just be a touch

AP:

On September 3, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Status shows post decision activity.

We still have not been scheduled a biometrics appointment and we don’t know what is going on with our RFE, so I don’t know what to make of these updates. Someone please help me make sense of this.

They touched mine the day after my biometrics and then again 10 days later. Nothing since. I will post if I hear anything. My local office is Tampa as well...I'm thinking that we are both going to be having interviews since we haven't heard anything yet about being transferred.
