:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

Finally, EAD and AP approved, Im so happy, because I need to go home to see my sick mum before I start working, so I can go soon. Hopefully the production of it doesn't take too long! :dance:

I had no touches on the either of them for over a month and all of a sudden today, cards in approved and ordered!

Good luck to everyone still waiting, reading all those ones waiting on biometrics letters, its getting ridiculous

Finally, EAD and AP approved, Im so happy, because I need to go home to see my sick mum before I start working, so I can go soon. Hopefully the production of it doesn't take too long! :dance:

Hey guys! We are in our 3rd month of processing! :)

Just offering up a hearty LET'S GO! and cheerleader mentality that we'll all hear major news this month, biometrics finally done, EAD/APs approved, interviews, CSC completions...

I'm betting that this will be a big month for most everyone!

I just got an email from USCIS about the service request i put in 1 week ago for my biometrics appointment letter. I'm not sure how i should understand that email:

The status of this service request is:

Your case is awaiting the required Biometrics submittal, and is currently in suspense until you complete this process. Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local Application Support Center (ASC). Biometrics appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the ASC. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an ASC Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local ASC. You must take the ASC Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.

Basically, it's only saying i'm now in the queue for getting an appointment? And if i was already in the queue (but my ASC was wayyy too busy), am i gonna be put at the begining of the queue again, or do i keep my current position in it? Argggg I want my Bio appointment letter!!!

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Kimbear got one of those too. It was saying that they've put your case on hold until the bio letter is complete. I guess they've done all the processing they can do so far. But this is a good thing because that means that just about all there's left to do is approve you!

I'm glad for you that you got an email!!! I put in a service request last week and still nothing for me....

So yup.. seems all you need now is your biometrics and then you are just about approved! YAY for you! I would give ANYTHING to be in your position :)

Ok i called USCIS again today and they told me that they just seent me a letter today .I thought its the Bio letter but the woman at USCIS told me that they sent me that letter to ask me to wait till they schedule me an appointment .Cause it seems like my local immigration office is so busy !!!!!

Have you guys heard of someething like that ?!!!

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Still nothing - touches or bio letter for me. In a couple days I can put a service request in, but with all the good news around here maybe they'll have time for me soon! :lol:

Does that mean that we wont get a RFE and we are so close to the approval ? Or we might still get a RFE ?

Seriously, i don't know... Kimbear from Canada had to put in a service request like we did for her Biometrics letter... 2 weeks letter, she got a letter, saying the same thing as my email is saying and as what the USCIS guy told you on the phone.. and then 4 days letter, she finally got her biometrics letter. Her Bio appointment is tomorrow, so i'll keep you posted about what happens to her! It's gonna give us an idea of what might happen to us as well!!
