:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

We got Mathews AP approved today. Yayyy

Double Yay!

Just received the, much talked about, second email tell me our EAD card production being ordered. Su's busy look for jobs now. Hopefully she'll actually get it soon.

Always good news. Hopefully it gets in the mail quickly.

...but got notice that AP was approved!! Said that it was mailed out on August 26th, although there were no touches and didn't get an e-mail until today.

Shoo your Bio letter needs to come. This is really getting redonkulous.

I'm sure that as soon as you get your biometrics done you'll have your approval in no time. I just wish it was sooner rather than later. :(

Congratulations on ALL the approvals!!!!

And most of all goodluck to those who haven't received their bio letters, that has to hurt :(

As for my husband, biometrics went well and we're just waiting for our approvals!

I'm super wanting my Advanced Parole-and I really hope it gets here before the beginning of October; I mean, one is supposed to get it before the green card, right? :/

I called a week ago and put in a service request for it. They're supposed to be giving me news within 45 days, erkk :blink:

None of their processes have any rhyme or reason. I mean, your case got transferred to California, right? And here you are waiting the bio letter.

Meanwhile, back on my ranch, I get the bio letter, get an RFE, and my case is staying put in Missouri (as far as I've gleaned via the info I got in my RFE receipt notice today).

It's like the money wheel on The Price Is Right-you never know where you're gonna land and/or why...

Yeah but there's a couple people who got their interview date assigned already, you should get one soon, usually they're pretty fast after a RFE reply! I'm very glad i didn't get a RFE yet, but i might still have one if they ever open up my file one day :P
