I got an email saying it's arrived at the CSC and progress has resumed on it which I'm glad about.

I got a touch too!!!! RFE??? nerves are getting shot...

I think it's a good sign that both of us got touched again. I mean, we can't have both screwed something up (or had USCIS lose something we sent) right?

I'm back from my little trip to St-Louis! I had a lot to read on this forum hehe. I still didn't get my Biometrics letter, i'll call them today.... I hate talking on the phone in english

Got the RFE-and surprise!- it's for something we definitely DID submit.. but thankfully, it's something easy to obtain.

Dated August 16th, envelope stamped August 17th, and I received it today (the 21st)

Verbatim:

"Submit all supporting tax documentation (W-2s, 1099s, and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from the petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year"

Now they decided, instead of losing all the medicals, they'll start losing the affidavits!!

My heart just stopped. We got a text from USCIS. And so I was like holding one eye closed and peeping through my hands to read it, and it was only saying that our case had been transferred and resumed processing. So at least that means its at CSC and they're working on it!!

I got mine too today!! Good news, and we're still following each other!

Relax, some people wait up to 6 months before having any news from USCIS. I didn't even receive my biometrics yet, read our signatures and you'll see you're not the only one waiting...

I just called USCIS, the guy put a service request for my Biometrics letter, he said it can take up to 45 days before i get any news from them... Grrrr!! Oh well... At least now, something should happen about that Bio letter!

You can call to verify that they have your address changed, but there's not much else you can do...you are still way within processing times for your I-485, and you won't be able to do anything until after a few months pass. The touches can mean everything and nothing at all, so I wouldn't worry about them. Some people never get touched at all.

Don't worry there are still those of us hanging out at the "National Benefits Center" in Missouri. Nothing has happened since the day after my husband's walk-in biometrics appointment. I don't expect anything actually until next Friday when the biometrics appointment was "officially" scheduled.

You will only get a text or email when you are issued NOA1, transferred, given RFE or approved I believe. You have to check the updates yourself manually to see touches.

Hi everyone, I see a few of us are STILL waiting on biometrics letter, I do hope it comes for you all asap

Does anyone know if you can get RFE after your case has been transferred??

Well I decided to check the USCIS website to see if they finally entered us into the system and sure enough all our AOS, my EAD and the kids AP's were in there....my AP is still MIA. I guess since we have our biometrics done it pushed it into getting entered in the system. Hopefully others who weren't entered will have theirs entered after their biometrics as well.

You CAN add a case to your portfolio, that's what I did because I submitted the form to get e-notifications and I never got any, had to go to the website and manually add my case numbers for updates...

On the phone with USCIS... couldn't wait til Wednesday to call... anyways, it has been over 30days so....

the kind officer/agent is putting in a service request for me... my case is at NBC in Missouri right now. I *should* get an email within 30 days from now with details of when to expect my bio letter and bio appt. If I don't hear anything then I am supposed to call back :( I cannot imagine waiting ANOTHER 30 days!!! The thought crushes me...

After the bio appt., my I485 *should* be transferred to my local office for continued processing.

BIG SIGH! :dead:

I do hope that it's in the mail for you and you just haven't receieved it yet because mine was in the mail for almost 3 wks before receiving it...

Got a touch on the i-485...RFE? card production? random officer messing with my mind? :bonk:

:P

Definitely not card production so soon and if it was, it would say so online...

My heart just stopped. We got a text from USCIS. And so I was like holding one eye closed and peeping through my hands to read it, and it was only saying that our case had been transferred and resumed processing. So at least that means its at CSC and they're working on it!!

LMBO!! My heart sank too when I got the text, I was thinking "approval without biomemtrics?"! But all it meant was that CSC recieved our case.
