Oh nooooo i'm sorry!!! Hope it's nothing too bad.. Just a little missing signature could be way better than a lost medical!

I dont think they would accept the application if it were missing a signature. If you are sure you sent everything, it could actually be the Medical. I was reading a form where this guy posted his interview experience where IO explained why sometimes they lose medical.

Hope its something quick and easily fixable.

I wasn't saying that for real, it was just a positive thought. Just a way of saying i hope it's something really easy to fix..

They actually DO accept stuff if it's missing a signature for a form like the I-864. On my RFE letter even though they lost the whole entire thing for some reason it had a little box saying that the co-sponsor didn't sign their part of the form. Of course, the box above THAT said that they needed the I-864/864A, but whatever. It's USCIS, they make their own rules.

But yes, sometimes they do accept the forms and just RFE for it. Let's hope it's that and not a missing medical.

ugh sorry :(

If it's the medical, I've heard some people who have had success contacting their Congress people.

aww-thanks guys. I'm just gonna wait, and when I know, I'll likely post it here verbatim...haha

I'm also hunting down a way of actually having some sort of accountability-i.e. an official way of letting them know they suck if they indeed lost something. I've seen SO much of that here, and so I was looking into it anyways: but now, my scenario might be even more fuel for the fire re: calling shenanigans for USCIS's ridonkulous rate of just "losing" IMPORTANT stuff. bah!

I'll hunt and report what I find regardless, tho :)

I got a notice of action that the USCIS transfered my case to CSC but i did not get the Bio letter !!

I hope that i will get it soon .

Have a nice day everyone .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

I see it's been about 15 days since your NOA1--that's exactly when I got our biometrics letter. Fingers crossed for this week for you! that second e-mail is good news--it's now physically at CSC, most likely.

LOL it's okay. I got way excited and probably shoulda clarified better on that. :) But nevertheless, there's movement in your case. The biometrics letter will have to show up eventually. But I've heard that when you wait over 30 days for it you're supposed to call USCIS or make an infopass appointment.
