Well at least you know that you wont be waiting much longer for your greencard. Lately it's been taking CSC longer to approve than it does for someone to get their greencard through interview. I'd love to get out of another one of those lovely interviews, but if it gets my hubby his stuff faster, we'll do it!

I think I'd rather have had an interview cos transfer to CSC can mean a couple of more months without a GC!

As long as my husband gets his EAD, the green card can take a few months longer. Wednesday, out of the blue, some talent agency called my cell phone and left a message for my husband that there was a company interested in interviewing him for a position. My husband had, about a week earlier, gone online to the Michigan Works website to create an online resume but we didn't know that employers can search those resumes even if you don't "submit" it to a company. On Friday, he went for an interview and learned that the employer had seen my husband's resume, called the talent agency that does the "initial" interview, had them look at the resume, then had them call my husband. My husband explained that he can't work until he has a work permit, but I guess they haven't been successful finding someone to fill this position for awhile so maybe they will be willing to wait another 6 weeks to 10 weeks until my husband gets his work permit. Sure wish that process would go quicker! My husband is getting antsy to work, even though I have lots of projects for him to do here at home and he still hasn't gotten all his things unpacked in the house yet. We have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to see if the company is willing to wait on the work permit or not. Ugh. Feels good though that someone "found" my husband. I am just praying that a decent job is available for him when he can accept it.

Received my RFE it's states that I did not provide enough evidence of my income, which I had just started by job maybe two days before we sent the packet...I explained this in a word document and attached it to the I864... but I have a cosponsor who makes well over the amount. I included everything for my cosponsor so I don't understand why they sent me an RFE, but I guess all i can do is just resend everything with updated information... I don't know if this will be good enough...

Does anybody have any experience with this?

Wow, interviews already! Sounds like they are starting to crank them all out!

Anyone that's been transferred to CSC--I did a little excel spreadsheet on the last 90 days of people who have been transferred and entered in their decision dates and made a sum of the averages...

From May 5th-August 5th, the average amount of days from the transfer date to the decision date is 54 days. I'm working on the previous 3 months from that which will probably give us a more accurate account since I'm sure the people who are taking longer at CSC will cause the 54 days to go up. Don't want to go too far back since the poor February filers have been waiting the 6 months or so...

hmm...just calculated all the April transferred cases (quite a few, 41 so far), the average is 44 days to a decision date...I guess there are more AOS cases in the summertime? Or maybe more people go on vacation letting more cases pile up...

Received mail from the USCIS today. I was hoping it was a transfer to CSC notice. Instead, it was an interview notice for September 15th. Darn! Maybe the Seattle office likes to do interviews. Oh well, at least it's progress.

Darn it!

I think I'd rather have had an interview cos transfer to CSC can mean a couple of more months without a GC!

Actually, transfers to csc takes about 2 months to receive gc and having an interview is about 6 weeks on average so its not that much of a differene... They can be very nasty on interviews and I can't take being aq nervous wreck again on an interview

Oh that sucks, well hopefully they'll wait!

I really don't know why people get excited when they transfer their cases to CSC ?? Is it a good thing ? I heard that wheen they transfered the case to CSC it will take long time !!!

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

I get excited because I don't want an interview, some people prefer an interview because you receive the green card days later. But I prefer the wait over Ab interview.
