Well, we got it today. And I'm absolutely LIVID. It's all for things I submitted!! They just lost the stuff!

Basically it's for the ENTIRE I-864 and I-864A package(which was clipped together with a black acco fastener). They want it all. I KNOW I included it in that package, because the day I sent it out I had to go to moms office and have her sign her portion, then I put it in the envelope and sealed it.

Whatever. Tomorrow I'm overnighting the I-864/864A, tax returns for 2009 for the both of us including w-2s, PLUS the tax transcripts. Try and RFE me again over the same thing and we're gonna roll, USCIS. :ranting:

04/10/17- N-400 Filed

04/12/17- Received Phoenix, AZ Lockbox

04/13/17- Credit Card Charged

04/14/17- NOA

05/08/17- Biometrics

05/11/17- In Line

05/22/17- Interview Scheduled

:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

OMG.... I'm sooo sorry!!!! Can't believe so many people have troubles with USCIS.. I hope they'll receive your RFE reply fast and that you won't have any other problems with them!

NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

I was touched on all 3 cases today. I'm thinking it is probably because I changed my address online the other day. I expect another touch on the I-485 when they get the change of address (via post) from my husband.

Hello, everybody!! i was gone for ever!! we just were need to move at the 20th of july and till 25th of august we are kinda homless, well our new apartment ready only on that day. We are staying at his sister house. And im so scared that interview or other important uscis letter will get lost somewhere now. I changed adress online and in the post office, but still worry a lot, maybe too much :)So whats new with our case- on august 3th we got RFE for proving our co-sponsor, his sister, citizinship of USA, i even didnt think that we need to when we mailed our aos. Yesterday was my biometricks ( they didnt let us to do early walk in ) but no touches or anything from july 14th. Waitting sucks !!

No, you did the right thing by doing it online and mailing in the I-865 (if that's what you did). You can always call USCIS to confirm they have your updated address in the system.

Did you do a change of address for ALL of your mail via the US Postal Service? We did this when we moved and all mail (in both my maiden and married name); all mail sent to our old address (for whatever reasons) got re-routed to our new address--*excellent* service to use!

USPS don't always redirect government mail.

They did for me-for eons. Also-it's at least *something* they can do re: their original query/situation.

And so the insanity continues:

My AOS/EAD/AP were all touched July 26th-4 days after they received them!

..I think I'm the only one here who is only really only kind of excited about my Advance Parole, though... haha. Want!

Yeah me too, but it's the last activity i got from them, no bio letter yet, no other touches, no transfer, nothing :blink:
