:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

it takes a week for them to cash the check from the receving date. usually at the same time, you can receive a text msg if you submit the g1145 form.

We had our civil marriage done at a lawyer's office so we could get the green card stuff going and get David on my health insurance. Our religious ceremony is in September :)

yayy!!!! USPS tracking is back up and says that the package delivered at 10pm yesterday :wacko: what makes me confuzzled is that if they couldn't deliver it to a PO box at 12pm on Saturday, why were they able to deliver at 10pm on Sunday? The neurotic part of me thinks that maybe the tracking is all wrong and it's all lost and we have to start all over again...positive feelings! that's what I need to keep thinking :)

9/17: NOA

9/19: Check cashed

9/23: Received NOA

10/7: Text from USCIS on status update: Biometrics in the mail

Wow, just recieved 9 texts and emails, all saying the same thing..that our application has been recieved and that we should get our I-797 in the mail in 7-10 days, phew!

Think they must have pressed the send button a few too many times lol :whistle:

Congrats guys! and welcome to the group HotGuy! For those who don't know, this couple was stuck in administrative processing for over a YEAR! (they applied in 2008!) I am so happy that they are finally reunited :dance: I hope you guys have smooth sailing!

Day 6 for me! I guess I need to wait awhile longer though :bonk: for the NOA1.

In Florida at a gorgeous Hawaiian-themed hotel for this Harry Potter conference that David and I are going to...can't sleep because I'm still on my night shift schedule, ugh. I suppose waking up at 5am is an improvement though :lol:
