You were damn right! I went and checked now and indeedio it was cashed yest night! baah!

but yayy for being poorer by a $1000 bucks

yay! congrats :D

Yes i did sign-up for e-notifications and even filled form of G-1145. As of today still no news from them, I dont know whats going on though'...but i viewed the delivery someone signed for it that they accepted our package. Just so strange that i haven't heard from them since they received it. Our mailman delivered mails today already but nothing from USCIS.....now i am getting paranoid

Just so jealous that some members filed after mine, but how come they got NOA's already via text......hope everythings fine...

AOS TIMELINE:

Sent AOS Package --------------------- 07/15/10

AOS delivered & received ------------- 07/19/10 (signed by L.BOX)

still waiting..................

oh I'm so sorry to read that you haven't heard from USCIS yet. Remember that you are still within the 'normal range' of their processing times. I know it sux I would wait it out until next Tuesday and then call for an appointment...

It's perfectly human to be jealous, and sure I was hella jealous on our K-1 journey too, but remember it's nothing personal. The others are not responsible for USCIS processing their application a little faster than yours.

I would really try and calm down, wait a couple more days to a week and then take action. Good luck! (F)

I'm not sure they could actually help you without a case number.. ?

I know....its really sucks to wait LOL', plus im a worrier person. My husband find me annoying already of all my questions and worries. Oh well i guess im over whining....So as you said that i am still in normal range, right? So lets say i haven't receive anything yet until end of this week...when should i seek action? should i call Infopass?..I understand that they won't entertain having no receipt number, but i have proof of delivery though....i dont know makes me confuse now...this whole process makes me having anxiety.... :bonk::blink::huh:

They can't/won't do anything until at least 30 days have passed and you have not received NOA1.

Well my bank account has been depleted of $2810, I guess I'll be seeing my NOA1 txt msgs today. Actually....maybe not. Their website is down for maintenance till tomorrow I believe it was. To those still waiting, may your bank be emptied today as well ;)

Congratulations, my check was cashed as well.

Question, the first time that you sent your aos package and they issued a rfe, did they cash your check? Or they cashed it after you sent back the requested info?

Also, why did you pay $2810? I'm guessing you posted that as an error...

When I had my package returned to me, they didn't cash the check and I believe LilMermaid's check wasn't cashed either. I think she said earlier that she has 3 kids under 14 so that is an addition 1800 to her 1010 to get her figure of $2810. Why it costs that much money for AOS, I will never know but I guess someone has to pay the civil servants and they want it to be us, not taxpayers.

Goodluck on your journey and I hope your check will be cashed soon!

It wasn't an RFE it was a Rejection Notice. Since it was the I-485 application that was the issue they had to send back the whole complete package, check included. If it had been the AP or EAD application then I would have just gotten an RFE. Sad but true...I was REJECTED.

The amount was correct. Myself+ 3 children = $ABLOODYFORTUNE

Good luck to you as well! Most of us are now getting to the greedily waiting for our biometrics letters so we can rush off to our nearest office and ignore the letter so we can get in early. You would think that after the K-1 process we all would have learned patience.

Yeah....RIIIGHT!

hmmm....I was just thinking. If everyone got multiple txt msgs for each NOA1.....some people were saying like 3 for each so thats 9. Imagine what my phone is gonna sound like ....I got 4 AOS in the works here. Hahahaha! I'm going to sound like one popular girl when they decide to send those. I better change it to one short beep or it might be making noise for a solid 20 minutes.

Maybe around 4:30 p.m. today? That seems to be a popular time for receiving the email/txt messages.

It is...my poor printer is still on holiday after all the work it did!

What is the biometrics letter that you received? I'm thinking about getting a printer too, cuz this is a lot of stuff! Do you know if you have to get a job letter for the petitioner of if pay stubs/slips will suffice?
