Well my bank account has been depleted of $2810, I guess I'll be seeing my NOA1 txt msgs today. Actually....maybe not. Their website is down for maintenance till tomorrow I believe it was. To those still waiting, may your bank be emptied today as well

C'mon biometrics letter!! It's now going on day 12 from the date of NOA1 and day 8 of receiving hard copy of NOA1. I wonder how long until I can make an infopass appointment...maybe I'll do one in August if nothing comes...need to go before we have our wedding in Seattle, argh!

although yes, we are prepared to pay for flight tickets back if that is the case...

I've heard of people doing walk-ins at office's in other states when they were away and had no choice. If they have one in Seattle I'd try that before paying for another flight. Worse case scenario of course...I'm sure you'll get your letter before then.

Were your MSC numbers the same on the check as on the rejection letters you received? I can't wait to hear that you got your emails and such today. I am waiting for the post office to say that my package was delivered.

That is too bad. I went back to look at when USPS had delivered our first package and it was around 11:14 a.m. so I am hoping that within the next couple hours I will get an email from USPS confirming delivery of our package to the lockbox post offic box. Then the wait for emails begins I don't figure that will be until next Wednesday.

I believe it is to talk with a real person about some issue pertaining to immigration (I have heard of people dealing with incorrect names, people having to get emergency advanced parole, and stuff like that).

hey everyone!

We are also a July filer couple.We sent in our application for AOS/EAD/AP on the 20th of July by express mail.Chicago got it on the 21st and I got all the 6 email and text notifications yest.

Last checked the cheque has not been cashed yet!! I hope they do it soon though.

It's probably too soon to start getting paranoid, but my AoS was received last week (Thursday) and no action yet. I'm especially anxious this time round, since we were rejected due to submitting an outdated form last time.

I wouldn't start getting paranoid for at least another week. I resent my AOS package on Monday and I am still waiting for USPS to confirm it got to the correct post office box.

Mhh you're about one day over the average notification date - did you sign up for e-notification? Could be that your NOAs are just on their way via mail right now.

Don't worry though! You'll probably be notified soon I'd give it another week or so (I know - 7 excruciating days to wait, it can be a real pain) and then contact USCIS.

Good thing is you know it got there and it'll be worked on very soon. All the best!

Yes i did sign-up for e-notifications and even filled form of G-1145. As of today still no news from them, I dont know whats going on though'...but i viewed the delivery someone signed for it that they accepted our package. Just so strange that i haven't heard from them since they received it. Our mailman delivered mails today already but nothing from USCIS.....now i am getting paranoid

Just so jealous that some members filed after mine, but how come they got NOA's already via text......hope everythings fine...

Really? I went in to get my SS# a bit ago and the lady there was a really pain in the #######! She was saying how I am not eligible and blah blah blah....

I had called the State board and they said that I can go into the SS office, apply for a number, get a rejection letter and bring that in to take my State Licensure test. Well... I told the lady at the SS office that and she nearly lost her mind saying that was wrong information and she can't just generate numbers and letters like that..

anyway... she ran it and I got a rejection letter. I was going to use it to take my test, but I think I would prefer to wait now, get my SS number and do it all properly.

Hrmph! silly lady at the Social Security office..
