First of all, my fiance is not one of those men who has ever wanted to come to the US. He wants to come to be with me and we will be married once he gets here. We are awaiting the interview date, which may come quite soon now. I have almost all the paperwork ready. We have a business that I have started in Jamaica photographing destination weddings, which is an extension of my business as a photojournalist in the states. Here is my problem. He has never had a bank account, and only owns a car and motorcycle in Jamaica. He has a wonderful piece of land and cottage that he farms in the mountains, but it is on land which was captured decades ago by his family and has no title. We have both improved the property in the past 3 years, but other than photos, there is no proof of ownership. We have our interview soon, any suggestions as to what we can do to prove that we both intend to travel back and forth with our business?

What kind of visa interview will he be going for? If it's for a K1 visa, then he doesn't need to prove anything regarding the ownership of his land and cottage, it's not relevant to his case. But if it's for a tourist visa, he will need a lot of evidence to prove that he will need return to Jamaica after his trip to the US is over.
