HELLO EVERYONE,,I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS A RIGHT PAGE TO ASK,,BUT I HOPE ANYBODY CAN HELP ME,,,I WAS A K1 VISA AND WE APPLY MY AOS LAST FEB 12,2O10,AFTER 1 WEEK I RECIEVE A NOTICE THAT THEY FORWARD MY APPLICATION IN CALIFORNIA SERVICE,,BUT UNTIL NOW I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY NOTICE OR EMAIL FROM THEM,,,AND I ALWAYS CHECK IN THE WEBSITE STILL 'INITIAL REVIEW'HOPE ANYBODY CAN GIVE ADVICE FOR THIS MATTER,,I REALLY APRICIATE UR HELP...GODBLESS US ALL

You are not the only one in the predicament.. Several February Filers are in the same boat specially with CSC.. It has been a while and I think a phone call will help.. You should read the February filers blog and get familiar with that month, specially the last few pages [i am a formal February filer myself].

We filed in the middle of May 2009 and our interview was at the end of August 2009. You may be lucky and not have an interview because your packet was sent to the California Service Center instead of your local office. :thumbs:

A lot of feb. filers who transferred to CSC are still waiting for thier GC. I have a friend who file AOS last January and transfer to csc and yet until now, no GC. However, another friend of mine who is march filer and transfer to csc, got her GC early june. Maybe it helps if u give them a call and ask about ur papers.
