If she provided correct answers to all of the questions listed, that could have been a red flag... given the length of your relationship... Thuy's interview lasted over an hour and she answered the questions so well that the CO asked her why did she know so much about me... They feel that if the applicant knows all of the answers it may appear to them that the applicant practiced the questions like a script to an actor...

giving them what they ask for is your primary goal at this point... since you will be there you could do thisin person before the appointment... having a record of you being there is agood thing IMO... Not to sound negative, but they do look for reasons to deny.. short relationships and 1 or 2 visits make for a difficult process...

Don't read to much into Scott's theory of knowing too much. He does make valid points, but I have yet to see anyone's denial stating "benificiary knew to much about petitioner" as Scott said, if you are coming here, turn it in in person, and you can also ask to talk to someone, but this simply will put a log in your file that you were there in person asking, and I doubt that anything would happen because you went there other than that, but with HCMC you never can tell. Good luck, and I hope my timeline I sent helps you out. Jerome and Binh

Yep. The CO's aren't stupid. They know the girls rehearse for the interview. There are dozens of "luat su" in HCM that specialize in interview prep.
