Hi,

because I had to apply for my removal of conditions separate from my daughter I'm confused on what I am supposed to do to get her removal of conditions. I married a US Citizen and my daughter moved with me from Australia. Is there a guide for this or what? I can't seem to find one. All help would be appreciated.

Filed AOS for me and daughter...........................05/18/07

Checks cashed... ..............................................05/25/07

Received NOA1 on... .........................................06/01/07

Biometrics appointment scheduled for..................06/18/07

Touched for EAD on ...........................................06/11/07

I believe I saw a section in the I-751 instructions form that explains a bit about someone in your situation. Start there and see if you still need assistance.
