Relating to form - I-765, the following are my questions - Let me know if I am in the right track.

Which USCIS Office? I live in Michigan, and hence Phoenix will be my USCIS office. Date - When I will send my documents over.

Results - (Granted or Denied) - Leave blank.

Manner of Last Entry - Fiancee

Current Immigration Status - K-1 Nonimmigrant

Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 - my fiancee does not fall under any category. Can I leave this field blank?

If you entered the Eligibility Category, ©(3)©, in item 16 above, list your degree................. Can I enter "NONE'?

If you click on "example forms" on the top of the site here you will find form I-765 under AOS. Those examples really help.

Your AOS packet should be sent to the Chicago address located on the I-485 instructions.

Question 11 only asks if employment authorization was previously requested, which in your case is no since your fiance just arrived.

Manner of entry would be K1.

Question 16 would be ( c ) ( 9 ), you can't put "none"
