My check list for AOS from F-1, Missing Anything?

I just filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 cocurrently. No I-131 since i can not go back to home country until the end of the fall semester in december.

Someone said I need another G325A for I-765, but i think i dont need it since i file it based on my I-485.

I also attach a word doc in case someone F-1 need it in the future. if i miss something, please let me know, although i have sent the package out yesterday.
