Hi,

I am getting worried because until now the documents that my husband sent to the NVC is not yet available on their system... It will be two weeks tomorrow since we sent it... How long we need to wait to get the complete case and the interview date?

Hi,

When he sent them in to the NVC, did he send it with a signature confirmation? Have you called and talked to an OP yet?

I would think with the holiday this past weekend, hopefully you will hear something soon.

What do you mean "with a signature confirmation"? He sent the documents thru Fedex dated June 25, 2010...

Can you track the delivery through Fedex to confirm delivery? If so, and the package has been received keep calling NVC to see if they have entered your documents into the system yet. Good luck!

Got a good news.. I called a while ago the NVC and the documents that I have mentioned was received July 1st.. I'm so happy to know about it because I thought it was lost... So they told me that the papers is on review and I need to wait for another 2 weeks to check if the case is already complete....
