I have heard that while filling the AOS I will not have to pay the $1010, since I payed $455 while filling for the K-1 petition.

Am I missing something. I wanted to re-confirm if this information is valid.

I wish that was true! Check out the fees on the USCIS website, they don't lie :bonk:The fee is $1010 for AOS from a K1

Also the medical exam will cost you some $$ and of course the wedding, marriage license......

Just when you thinks it's over....there is ROC 2 years down the road and most likely by that time it will be more money.
