Well, it would be awesome if we could keep an update on any NOA's we receive and any questions here.. :) we sent our package on June 29 to California Service Center and they were supposed to receive it on June 30 and i pray to God they did, because our check has not been cashed yet, nor have we received NOA1 ... good luck to all of you ! :)

Sent the I-129F the 26th, arrived @ CSC the 28th, cheque still not cleared.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

02-date forgotten-2008: met online playing a game called lineage 2

06-17-2009: met in person for the first time!

06-26-2009: proposal <3

10-6-2009 through 11-3-2009: lived together for a month

03-24-2010 through 03-30-2010: traveled to meet his family

06-16-2010: started printing paperwork for I-129F package

06-25-2010: mailed off the I-129F package!!!

07-06-2010: NOA1 (according to the paper I hadn't got yet)

07-08-2010: check cashed

07-12-2010: hard copy NOA1 received in the mail

07-12-2010: touched

10-03-2010: touched

10-29-2010: NOA2!

11-08-2010: NVC received our petition

01-01-2011: called embassy as we never got packet 3. got "lost" in the mail. worst 2 months ever!

01-18-2011: medical! passed!

02-18-2011: INTERVIEW! APPROVED!!

03-02-2011: FLIGHT! POE: Dulles Airport!

03-09-2011: marriage certificate/license complete!

05-11-2011: mailed out AOS package (after a long fight getting the varicella vax done, and the medical paperwork completed)

05-13-2011: package delivered

08-11-2011: welcome to the united states notice! green card coming in 3 weeks!

Mine was cashed the 6th, not sure when it showed up on the account (it's my fiance's account). Yahoo!!

Hey Guys! Finally got my NOA1 hard copy in the mail today!!! I mailed my application on the 25th of June, and my check did not clear until yesterday (July 7th). However, my NOA1 says that the Notice Date is July 1st. Also, according to the USCIS website, my file was touched today!!! I wonder if this means we will be on the "fast track" of June filers I have been reading about?

Question: On the NOA1 they list my fiance's "first" last name, comma, and then his first name. However, his middle name is not included and neither is his "second" last name. I expected that they would only use the "first" last name, as I had seen discussions of how to handle this in the forums, but I was a little surprised to not see his middle name included. Is this a situation where I would need to contact them to correct the name in any way, or is it just a form printout of the first and last name, and I should not worry about it???
