Well, things are moving pretty fast since I got my NOA2. My fiancee got the packet 3 from GZ consulate before I even had the chance to check with NVC. Sweet!!

Now from GZ's packet3, it only asks my fiancee to fill form DS-230. But I also saw forms DS-156 and DS-156K from VJ's K1 guide though they are not mentioned in the P3. Are these two forms needed? Or should we just stick specifically to what the P3 says? Just want to make sure all the T's are crossed and I's dotted...

For I-134, I want to list the house that's under my name as an asset since my income is not very high. So what evidence I should provide to prove the house is mine and its value?

Second question. I was laid off for a while last year and then started my current job. So this year is my first full year. This job doesn't have an annual salary but is paid by hourly wages. So, what do I put for the annual income? My income depends on how many hours I work. So far this year, my hours have been pretty steady and my monthly checks do not vary too much. Can I just take an average of my monthly check and multiply by 12 to get my annual income?

the other forms are presented on interview day, brought in, given to screener inside the IV unit.

need forms ? http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm

re: house asset - appraisal from certified appraiser, with his/her certification/stamp/and chop.

re: 'annual income' - not sure what to tell you here, as 'annual income' works for a salaried employee (ie, non-hourly wage) for 'current' stuff, also works for 'prior year' regardless of employment type. Hopefully some one else will chime in, on this one?

FWIW, current income, to show that, is useful - but is difference between 'prior year income' and 'accrued to date' income.
