best way to communicate with embassy in NAIJA!!

hello all I hope everyone is well and that the process is not stressing you out too much. my case has finally been sent to the embassy in Lagos and I wanted to know how will I know when my case reach Lagos do I call or send them an email? if email does anyone know the email address? 2nd Once I have completed pkt 3 do I email or call them to let them know and how will they contact my fiancee for interview date is it by phone call or email that they will notify him? One last question do we download pkt 4 from somewhere? Thanks and GOD bless us all........

PS We are done with Packet three...we were just waiting for the NVC to send the pkt to Embassy to do medical and police so we are working on those now.

The best way is via email. The email address is LagosNIV@state.gov they normally reply within 24hrs. You will need your NVC reciept number and you you need to send name of petitioner and recipient and dates of birth of both then ask the question. Good luck!

I think packet 4 is typically a letter stating the interview date. Lagos only sends a email with the interview date and an attachement which is a link to the website to download packet 3 forms to fill out and take with him to the interview. You will need that email with the interview date to go get the police report and medical done.

Filed: 2009-01-12... USCIS Approved: 2009-06-05... 1st Interview/Admin Review: 2009-09-09...2nd Interview/Approved: 2010-01-27

AOS Journey:

Filed: 2010-05-20... Interview: 2010-11-30... Approved: 2010-12-03... Card Rcvd: 2010-12-18...

Whew! Done!.... Well, for the next two years anyway...

I am happy to see the info above. I have been totally frustrated in any attempt to get info from Lagos. The Dept of State says Lagos will send letter and after my emailing an inquiry Lagos sends the email re: interview date....several times I inquired as to the letter and never once could get a reply definitively stating the email (stating interview date etc) was THE letter and not to expect a hardcopy letter.
