Hi. I roamed through the topics here, and somewhere I read that you are not necesserily bound to expect the instruction package from the embassy, but as soon as you are sure that your package has arrieved there, you can directly send the notification to them that you have aquired all the dosc necessary for them to proceed with your application and send you the next package. On the embassy site here says that there will be a package that tells you need to collect

-Birth certificate

-Passport

-Police certificate

and some other stuff ( that dont apply to me, so I dont have to send them like, proof of divorce and such), and sent notification to the embassy to confirm you have obtained these documents so they they can proceed. SO IS it really necessary to wait for that package, or as soon as you know or if you can make sure your case is there, you can send this notification?

Here is a like from the embassy page that says it: http://macedonia.usembassy.gov/processing2.html

You'll need proof of divorce (original with court stamp), if you were married before, and if you're just recieving the NOA1, you will still have to wait a bit longer until you've gotten you're NOA2 before it will go to the NVC.

Good luck on your journey

Have you gotten your NOA2 yet to show that the USCIS has approved your F-129?

You don't want to send any papers to the embassy without them asking for it yet. They need to receive your packet from the USCIS first, so when they do ask for the forms from you, there will be a file to attach it to.

Sort of trying to pay a bill that hasn't been generated yet.

Go to the "Guides" section of Visajourney at the top of the tool bar, and follow the instructions under :Immigration Guides for a Spouse or Fiance(e) Everything you'll need is there, and should clear things up a bit.

Thanks for the info. I sent the application, and as I checked all the timelines, and the detailed application I HOPE for NOA2 in the nexte couple of weeks, and yes I know that I still have to wait for the NVC processing and stuff, and all of that:D Just hope everything starts to move quicker. And on the lin I posted it says that the instruction package is only for you to comfirm that you have gathered the required document which here are really easy and really quick to get. I dont need a divorce proof,( havent been married and such) and the other docs dont apply to me like the ones for the children, no children clean situation here. its just a notification as I understand, and you can even request them, soon as they get the notification from the NVC or the service center that you got aprooved,to have your interview even without the actual petition being there, ( the herd copy) I dont wanna go that far, I am just concerned, what if they just put it asside and the mailing service in MAcedonia is aweful, letters come 2 weeks after they are sent, maybe I can speed up the process soon as I know that pettition has been delivered to the embasssy here and send the notification, so they can proceed sendint me the other package. Maybe is that one that contains a form for you to attach your docs on it? I thought that all the forms and proofs should be brought with you on the actual interview?
