It's hard to flesh out all 6 types of evidence (from the I-130 instructions) when you are either newly married or live apart.

Here's what I did, ages past - perhaps it can help you ?

Bottom line is you only need a copy of your marriage certificate to prove that you have a bonafide marriage; however, other evidence you send can back it up. What you have as proof is plenty but all we sent was a copy of our marriage certificate and two affidavits from my mom and sister (not notarized). That's it, I left all other evidence for our interview at the embassy.

Darnell, you don't even know just how helpful this link you posted above was to me. I have been trying to figure out how to extract Skype Calls incoming and outgoing for some of our evidence to go along with yahoo chats, etc. There was someone on this link who gave a link to download for extracting all skype calls. Gosh it was so easy and I downloaded and printed 11 pages with 100's of calls including the date, and duration of the call.

Again, thank you !!!!!!!

foreverwaiting - hey ! yer welcome ! Just remember, though - my stuff is specific for the I-130 petition, not the I-129F - but surprisingly enough - for any ROC casefile, down the road - it's the same 'relationship fodder' evidence. Is fun, aye? Build that stuff over time, show all a few times during the journey.

I'm a bit overboard about it, I admit, as China is a high-fraud country, and Guangzhou is a tough place for interviews.

Canada and UK - for example - the IV unit doesn't expect to see such a pile.

GUZ IV does, alas... There's some other high-fraud places where a pile is useful, as well. The idea with the I-130, to front-load this evidence, is that the evidence travels along with the casefile, and Visa Officers have time, prior to interview day, to actually review what's there, with the additional onus that if USCIS approved the petition , then this evidence pile cannot be used for any basis for denial, on interview day.

How very strange, Hopp - I never, ever apologized about 'it'. Nor will I.
