is MOST LIKELY they will send back the entire casefile, including the check.

If that's the case (and I think it will be ) then

pull out the 'current' I-130, put in the New I-130 (that yer filling out this week) , completely filled out.

*** not a K-3 topic, moving to CR-1 forum ***

Did you not put your address on the I-130? I even only put my PO Box number and I didnt have any issues, or did you mail the I-130 to the wrong address

I think they may have a new dumb-ss in the intake department. Check and make sure the addresses are actually correct in sections A and C, then send it back with verification the addresses are correct for both of you.

passport photos can be redone - and you can put a stop payment on that check (just to have some clear mind about it )

Good Luck !

I-129F petition ? for the K-3 visa ?

Oh my. sorry, the K-3 is mostly dead -

Comparison on K-3 vs CR-1 - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/204324-wondering-if-i-made-a-mistake-marrying-in-us/page__view__findpost__p__3060767

K-3 administratively closed - http://www.visajourney.com/news/2010/02/07/department-of-state-to-close-k-3-visas-if-i-129f-and-i-130-petitions-approved-and-received-together/

IF you are thinking to play the K-3 with K-4 'game' - I'm sorry to tell you - that avenue is closed, as NVC administratively closes the I-129F when the I-130 and I-129F travel together from USCIS (after approval) to NVC.

Please read those links - tell your husband to redo some I-130's - make new I-130's for your children as well.

That I-130 was rejected because it wasn't filled out properly (or some stupid USCIS screener didn't know their job)

Husband must submit new I-130 petition, please do not think the I-129F petition is 'viable' for you two and your children.
