Ok I got my Biometrics appointment today and I know the US Government has to do everything more then once. I have three forms on file with USCIS a I-130, I-485, and I-765 I received a biometrics appointment letter for the I-485. Should I expect to receive letters for the other forms on file as well or are they going to kill more then one bird with one stone? Thanks in advance..

I-765 is the only other form that requires biometrics...

I filed three AOS packages at the same time, and got NINE NOA's - one for each I-485, I-765, and I-131. I only received ONE biometrics appointment letter for each applicant. They only collect your fingerprints and photograph one time.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

I also filed 130, 485, and 765 alltogether.

My biometrics appointment letter was for both i-485 and i-765.

Both case numbers and barcodes were on the letter.

Only one appointment :)

Your bio letter should say which file/s the bio appointment is for. If it says only one of the two files that require a bio (I-485 and I795,) then you'll have to do two bios. If it says both, then you'll only have to do one. However, you might receive another letter anyway. We did. We received three acceptance letters for each file and two bio letters. We also received multiple emails for each update.

I included a copy of my visa page in my initial package, but not copy of I-94.

The RFE asked for proof of legal entry into US and listed the different docs one can use to prove this.

The acceptable evidence included the visa page. But they RFE-d me anyway..

I think they really wanted to see the I-94, so I sent them that too, plus all of my I-20s since I've been here.

I am thinking the reason I got the RFE is 99.99% because I didn't initially send them copy of my i-94.

So you will probably be fine with what you sent them. ;)
