JRS express charges 1,250.00 for the first 500grams. This is via UPS. It's the cheapest I've found that's reliable and trackable. Shipping takes 3 working days btw.

Any one of the common couriers are reliable - DHL, FedEx, JRS, LBC, what else? I usually use LBC just because they're more easily accessible to me. Delivery time is 3 business days. The cost is PHP 1,260 (up to 500 g). That's very reasonable to me. It's only ~US$27. Sending from the US/Canada is more than twice as expensive. It costs over CAD$ 60 to send mail from Canada to the Philippines via XpressPost/Worldwide Priority.
