Certainly not. I just don't understand why he brings up the subject of gay sex and cross-dressing into threads completely unprompted and unbidden.

Seems to me the only reason someone would do that is if they are homophobic and like to throw gay jibes as some sort of insult; or they are actually latent homosexual and haven't worked up the courage to come out of the closet.

You referenced cross dressing and gay bars in a way that is clearly intended to be derogatory. If you didn't have issues with homosexuality, you wouldn't use it that way.
