Hi,

I am currently in the process of gathering all of the required documents before I can submit the package. My wife is a US citizen and I came to the US in 05 with an L1 visa. We just got married in May and it is time for me to have my status adjusted.

1.) I have been doing a lot of reading regarding the filing requirements and some sources say it is required to have the I-864 notarized? Is this correct?

2.) Can all the forms and the supporting documents be mailed to the Chicago Lockbox address?

3.) When filing the I-765 do I need to attach a copy of my current EAD which I had received for my L1 visa?

Thanks for your help...

Have a great day,

Berco
