And I don't really see how that was a rhetorical question. It has the faint whiff of one asked directly of Sousuke. If it were a rhetorical question, you might have phrased it: "Isn't it odd that Wikipedia and Imdb have different numbers of seasons for that masterpiece of televisual fare, Cops?"

Or, "Is it not indicative of Wikipedia's shortcomings as a dependable information source that the number of seasons of Cops it has listed does not coincide with that listed at Imdb?"

Let me make this easy for you... that was a rhetorical question. Point being is that Wikipedia has its shortcomings. Sadly you seem to have fell in line with all the other vultures instead of addressing the issue at hand.

Did anyone doubt this? I myself am a contributor toward my own guilty topics on Wikipedia, and repair them often from vandalism or misinformation. In fact, if you turn your attention back to the article you will find that it is accurate thanks to yours truly.

I thought the issue at hand was you demanding a link over pages and pages to prove the statement cops was or wasn't just renewed for its 23rd season - despite you apparently already knowing this for yourself (though only after I had already pointed it out to you).

Wikipedia is a community project, Simpson. If you see something that's inaccurate or incorrect, you can (drum roll) fix it yourself! (in less time than you spent on this thread whinging about irrelevant links)

This thread was supposed to be about Wikipedia shortcomings. I thought people might post other mistakes by Wikipedia but the vultures smelled blood and came running.

Oh, I'm awfully clever at knitting too! There's a thread in the UK forum someone started just for me to showcase my knitting. I just made the Empress of Groovy an adorable baby devil hat (with horns!) for her baby, and I'm making LisaD a grown-up sized kitty hat too. I made a mammoth-shaped tea cosy that everyone oohed and aahed over, oh, here's the pic, a little out of focus:

Oh, and some scrumptious pink fingerless gloves, and there's a lovely cardigan too.

But I'm not as good at knitting as I am at being really, truly helpful.
