2)I just graduated from college last year so i didn't work in 2009 and i was depended on my parents tax, and they didn't make enough money also, but now i have a job and making $40k/year. does anybody know if that will be ok.

Thanks for your help.

Since you are going for K-1 at consulate stage you will have to full up i-134. But once your spouse comes to US and you have to do the whole AOS process you will have to fill up i-864 at that point.

About your second question, I personally would suggest to get a joint sponsor just to be on the safe side. You haven't filled your taxes yet with the 40k/year income, you do have the proof that you are making it with your paychecks but still you haven't filled the taxes and with i-134 you have to show tax return papers. Just be prepared for joint sponsor, if not your parents may be someone else as long as the person is US citizen or a resident.

Best wishes.
