She won't be needing the police records anymore. My fiance had his done and they didn't even take it from him. I beleive now they just use the fingerprint at the embassy for verification.

You don't have to send them your bank statements for the K1 visa. Only the affidavit support letter you have to fill out and sign it and a letter from your bank showing how long you've been with the bank and daily average deposits. Also your 3 last W2's and taxes filed and up to 6 pay stubs. You have to send her everything so can take take to the Haiti messager office then they will select what they need from her. Be sure to include stuff like romantic cards or letters you guys sent to each other, receipts of money transfers, email records, phone bills records if you have any. You have to convince them that you guys are very intimitate otherwise you'll have to make a trip to Haiti like I did to take more intimate pictures:)

Sorry for taking so long to respond I had a big wedding last weekend and on my honeymoon:)She will need to include the seal medical exam envelope plus the requested documents from the packet before she goes to Haiti messager. be sure to have all the documents otherwise it will delay the process. Once the documents have been transfered to the embassy they will ask her to return in 8 days for the appointment.

The embassy is the ones who schedules the appointment for the K1 visas so you can disregard yours. The embassy will schedule her date within two weeks from the 14th so that would make it towards the end of August. She'll be here very soon:)let me know if you need any additional information.

Yes you have to hand over all the requested documents to the Haiti Messanger. The messanger will bring the documents to the embassy in order to get an appointment. The messager works for the embassy and are the ones who checks the documents to make sure you have sufficient evidence for the K1 visa. You have to have at least 8 to 10 intimate pictures otherwise they will request it during the interview and that will delay the process. the pictures have to convince them that you guys are truly a couple and not family or friends. Also, if you have anything sentimental like birthday cards,emails,letters be sure to bring it so they don't ask her too many questions. Also, once she gets the interview date be sure to go over the list of questions that they will be asking her and they have to match what you put when you filed the petition. As long as you guys know each other very well then you have nothing to worry:)

You are wonderful. Our pictures they took from her, are we getting them back after the interview? Cuz haiti messenger asked for those pics. we gave them like 52 pics. what do you think?
